Job summary

Valiant Technologies LLC is seeking a senior Java full-stack engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of API-heavy, microservices-based applications. You will ensure robust integration between Angular front-ends and REST/SOAP back-ends, mentor junior developers, and drive CI/CD in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Java-based web application experience.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Strong knowledge of front-end Angular and RESTful services.
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native deployments.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based, full-stack web applications - hands on development emphasized.
• Architect and develop API-heavy, service-oriented and microservices-based apps using RESTful and SOAP services.
• Design and document Low-Level Designs aligned with architectural standards.
• Apply design patterns to build scalable, reusable solutions.
• Develop and promote reusable components across multiple applications.
• Ensure seamless integration between front-end (Angular) and back-end services.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure QA of components.
• Analyze and resolve production issues under tight timelines.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders using Jira/Confluence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment in containerized/cloud environments.
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
• Continuously evaluate and improve architecture, performance, and security.
