appfire is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to guide a mature engineering team working on a large cloud-based SaaS platform. You will lead backend Java/Spring on AWS and extend a TypeScript frontend, with a forward-looking focus on AI-driven product features and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

You will design and implement scalable services, own full-stack delivery, and champion high-quality releases through disciplined testing and collaboration with product, design, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tech Lead with mentoring responsibilities.
• Deep Java/Spring and AWS multi-tenant SaaS architecture expertise.
• Full-stack capability with TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools and workflows.
• Strong focus on code quality, testing, and performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in remote/hybrid setups.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions, set architectural direction, and guide AI-driven initiatives.
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend services using Java, Spring, and AWS.
• Own frontend features with TypeScript and Angular or React for end-to-end delivery.
• Drive AI feature implementation including chatbots, data quality, and reporting.
• Promote modern AI development tools to streamline coding and architecture work.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and DevOps to ship high-quality releases with solid testing.
