Job summary

the company seeks a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead frontend architecture evolution and contribute to the full-stack ecosystem. You will work on projects across different company areas to enhance, scale, and simplify how brands engage with customers through messaging.

You will mentor teams, drive AI-enabled development practices, and own features end-to-end using Vue.js, Node.js, Java, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Programming (Java, C#, etc.) and Node.js
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Extensive experience with Frontend Web technologies: Vue.js (preferred), or React.js
• Strong experience with Micro Frontend Architecture and its practical implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire web development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
• Deep expertise in applying Generative AI throughout the software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing, debugging, documentation, and automation with a track record of improving engineering productivity and quality while defining best practices for AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of our core UI platform using micro frontend architecture
• Champion AI-driven engineering practices and define workflows to improve productivity and code quality
• Mentor teams on effectively leveraging AI while maintaining engineering excellence
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
• Design and implement user-facing features, including AI integrations, to elevate user experience
• Develop robust, testable, and performant solutions with Vue.js, Node.js, Java, and other technologies
• Own features from concept to back-end implementation, testing, and deployment
• Drive continuous product improvement for performance, scalability, and availability
• Mentor junior developers and foster growth
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure for reliable deployments
