Job summary

CapTech is a leading technology consulting firm delivering complex Java-based solutions for Fortune 100 clients and government agencies across the United States. You will design and lead architecture for scalable, API-driven, microservice ecosystems, working with cloud, on‑prem, and serverless architectures.

You will also engage with LangChain, vector databases, and AI toolkits to drive modernization while collaborating with cross‑functional teams across multiple client engagements and verticals.

Qualifications

• Enterprise-level experience with modern Java and core libraries.
• Hands-on software development, enterprise architecture, and leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, monitoring tools, databases, and containerization.
• Ability to relate architectural recommendations to business needs and client culture.
• Extensive knowledge of design patterns and communicating complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and manage technical solutions to ensure client success.
• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and clients to learn and share knowledge.
