Job summary

Appfire is seeking a Tech Lead - Fullstack Engineer to join the BigPicture team and evolve a modern cloud-based SaaS platform. You’ll lead architectural decisions, optimize backend services, and support a frontend layer using TypeScript and Angular or React.

You will join a mature engineering team with AI-driven initiatives, focusing on AI chatbots, data quality improvements, and dynamic reporting, while adopting AI-assisted development practices to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Tech Lead guiding senior engineers.
• Strong Java, Spring, Hibernate and SQL knowledge.
• Extensive AWS cloud architecture and SaaS experience.
• Hands-on frontend with TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Experience with AI features and AI tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural decisions and guide the engineering team.
• Design and optimize backend features with Java, Spring, AWS.
• Own frontend layers with TypeScript and Angular or React.
• Drive AI initiatives like chatbots and data quality.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices.
