Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Java to design and implement scalable IT Operations solutions. You’ll lead large-scale development, influence architecture, and mentor peers while delivering high-quality software for millions of endpoints worldwide.

You will work on a stack including Java, Kotlin, C++, and Golang within a cloud AWS environment, with opportunities for hybrid/remote work from within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, IT, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in Java software development for product applications.
• 5+ years building highly scalable systems.
• Proven system design and scaling experience.
• Strong OOP design and patterns knowledge.
• API design and RESTful services; Jersey or Spring experience.
• Relational database design and development experience.
• Experience with caching systems like Redis is a plus.
• Solid quality testing practices and delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities
