Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure integration of functions and define necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Analyze how business areas integrate to achieve goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as needed.
• Assess risk in business decisions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
