Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementing applications using Java Spring, React, Oracle, CI/CD in financial services or similar.
• Strong knowledge in PLSQL and RDBMS technologies like Oracle.
• Domain knowledge in Process governance and BPMN 2.0 is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and technical skills.
• Ability to design and model systems using UML and to present technical solutions to large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead application systems analysis and programming activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into robust architectures.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure adherence to architecture, security, and compliance.
• Define frameworks and best practices for enterprise-class solutions.
• Pilot and support production implementations of new concepts and tools.
• Mentor mid-level developers and analysts and manage risk with transparency.
