Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Framework and related technologies.
• Experience with unit/integration testing (JUnit, Mockito).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containers, and cloud-ready designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code in Java, Spring Boot.
• JUnit, Mockito, and integration/performance testing.
• Design and implement components with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to deliver solutions.
• Document user/supported software components and processes.
• Evaluate and adopt new development tools and practices to improve quality.
• Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior staff.
• Identify and address security vulnerabilities and performance issues.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Support deployment pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
