Qualifications

• Solid understanding of secure coding and QA practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, IaC, and DevOps workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-office trading applications.
• Adopt trunk-based development, feature flags, and progressive delivery.
• Apply TDD and BDD to achieve high test coverage and reliability.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and IaC adoption.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce secure coding standards.
• Develop distributed microservices using Kafka, Solace, Tibco, and MQ.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners on scalable designs.
• Mentor engineers and foster engineering excellence.
• Partner with DevOps to improve observability and resilience.
