Job summary

You will lead a cross-functional team, collaborate with traders, researchers, and QA, and drive Agile practices, CI/CD, and AI-assisted SDLC to accelerate delivery while maintaining reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in low-latency electronic trading software.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or Rust for high-performance systems.
• Experience building and maintaining low-latency, high-throughput platforms.
• Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent communication in a multicultural, cross-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, development and maintenance of high-performance, low-latency electronic execution systems
• Partner with traders, quants, and clients to translate needs into features and enhancements
• Continuously improve testing frameworks and development tools for reliability and scale
• Leverage AI-powered development tools across the SDLC to boost productivity and quality
• Champion Agile development, CI/CD, and shift-left testing practices
• Build and maintain monitoring, reconciliation, and recovery capabilities for the platform
