You will need to own end-to-end delivery, drive architectural improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals. Remote or Vilnius office, CI/CD, and cloud platforms are valued.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience with Java (Spring Boot), Apache Kafka, and microservices architecture.
• Experience navigating large, unfamiliar codebases and contributing to their evolution.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tooling.
• Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives forward.
• Excellent communication and proactive, speak-up mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Own long-term technical initiatives and architectural improvements across systems.
• Identify gaps early and coordinate with teams to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable design.
• Balance multiple priorities: features, production issues, support, and releases.
