Job summary
TEKsystems seeks a Technical Architect Team Lead who will own the architecture and delivery for complex customer solutions, balancing hands-on coding with strategic oversight. You will mentor a diverse technical team across US and overseas, review designs, unblock work, and drive reusable patterns while aligning work with product and engineering roadmaps.
This is a fully remote, permanent role based from New York, NY.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in solution architecture or enterprise SaaS delivery.
- Strong retail/footwear/apparel industry background.
- Experience with PLM platforms; FlexPLM preferred.
- Hands-on integrations, data migration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to advise executives on complex technology decisions.
- Excellent communication across technical and executive audiences.
- Hands-on coding proficiency; not removed from code for design reviews.
- Cloud deployment experience required.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical architecture for customer implementations.
- Design and support bi-directional integrations with ERP, PLM, PIM, DAM, BI.
- Lead data onboarding and migration efforts.
- Act as technical lead on engagements; review configurations and code.
- Troubleshoot complex post-go-live escalations.
- Manage technical resources and mentor teammates.
- Improve solution design processes and reusable patterns.
