Qualifications
- Several years of commercial experience with Java and Spring.
- Experience in designing software architecture and enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of Angular or similar frontend technologies.
- Ability to quickly understand complex existing systems.
- Experience in a technical leadership role or as a senior technical specialist.
Responsibilities
- Leading technical development within a software engineering team.
- Designing and reviewing application architecture and technical solutions.
- Hands-on development in Java and Spring.
- Working with enterprise systems, databases and integrations.
- Supporting developers with technical decisions and troubleshooting.
- Cooperating with analysts, business stakeholders and other technical teams.
- Identifying technical risks and helping resolve escalations.
- Taking part in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards.
