Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Java development and architecture.
- Expert in system design and architecture from scratch.
- Strong experience with large-scale system development and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI integration and implementation.
- Strong domain-driven design (DDD) experience, preferably within financial services or loyalty programs.
- Excellent collaboration skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and architecture of a Greenfield project.
- Collaborate with the client’s Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
- Oversee the implementation by a team of approximately 30 Java developers.
- Drive large-scale system design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance excellence.
- Integrate Gen AI technologies into the system architecture for advanced features and capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
