Synechron, Inc. in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior System Architect to shape the end-to-end Gen AI platform for CFO, Treasury, Risk, and Finance use cases.

You will set architecture direction, oversee integration of LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows, and drive secure, scalable delivery. The role demands 10+ years in software architecture and 5+ years in AI platform design, with OpenShift/Kubernetes and cloud-native experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture and enterprise platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLM architectures.
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, MCP)

Responsibilities

• Architecture Leadership: Own the target-state architecture and technical roadmap for the AI platform.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, and solution governance.
• Drive modernization initiatives across AI, cloud-native, and data platforms.
• AI and Agentic Platform Design: Leverage LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, vector databases, and knowledge frameworks.
