Synechron, a global consulting firm, seeks a Lead Java Developer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy enterprise Java apps with AI-assisted workflows. You will work with clients, product teams, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions leveraging Devin AI and modern Java tech.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery in a dynamic, multinational environment with opportunities to work abroad.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Devin AI for software development workflows.
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures; Kafka knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise Java applications.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using modern Java technologies.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and related frameworks.
• Work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Deploy, configure, and operationalize Devin AI across software engineering teams.
• Build proof-of-concepts (POCs), prototypes, and production-grade applications using AI-assisted development methodologies
