Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Java Developer with BPM expertise to lead architecture and delivery for large-scale projects leveraging Gen AI. You’ll work with Enterprise Architects and Delivery Directors to modernize applications using Java, Spring, and microservices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of IT work experience in frontend and backend frameworks.
• Strong hands-on Java, Spring-boot, and Microservices.
• Proven BPM expertise and process orchestration.
• Experience with Angular or React.js.
• Proficient in JavaScript tooling such as Node.js, Webpack, Jasmine, Karma.
• Experience with unit testing and E2E test suites.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications APIs using Java and implement BPM as required.
• Design and develop web UIs and APIs using Java/JavaScript/Spring/Angular.
• Write unit tests and integration tests (JUnit/Spock/Jasmine/Karma).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX and downstream systems.
• Build cloud-native apps with Docker; deploy to OpenShift/AWS EKS.
• Support production release, monitoring and triaging issues.
