Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Senior System Architect to define and evolve the end-to-end architecture of an enterprise Gen AI platform supporting CFO, Treasury, Risk, and Finance use cases. You will lead platform strategy, AI integration, data architecture, and security in a scalable OpenShift-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software architecture and enterprise platform experience.
• 5+ years designing AI/ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics platforms.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and LLM architectures, RAG, agentic AI, embeddings, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Strong experience with Python, REST APIs, Oracle, Redis, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Define target-state architecture and technical roadmap for the AI platform.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, and solution governance.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise AI solutions.
• Define reference architectures, standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Drive modernization across AI, cloud-native, and data platforms.
