Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Java Developer with BPM expertise to lead architecture and delivery for large-scale projects in Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and Delivery Directors to drive modern, Gen AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires strong Java, Spring Boot, and BPM background, plus hands-on cloud/container experience. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of IT work experience in frontend and backend frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience in core Java, Spring-boot, Microservices.
• Proven BPM expertise.
• Experience with Angular or React.js.
• Experience with JavaScript tools: Node.js, Webpack, Jasmine, Karma, Protractor.
• Extensive unit testing for TDD and E2E tests.
• Knowledge of Java EE, Spring Core/Security/MVC.
• Experience with Ant/Maven/Gradle build tools.
• Cloud and container tech: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, EKS.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI, ElectricFlow.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications API using Java and implement BPM.
• Design and develop UIs and APIs with Java/JavaScript/Spring/Angular.
• Write unit and integration tests (JUnit/Jasmine/ Karma).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, and downstream systems.
• Build cloud-native apps using Docker and deploy in OpenShift/AWS EKS.
• Support production release, monitoring and triaging issues.
