Synechron is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack Java to design, develop, and support enterprise applications that blend traditional full‑stack development with AI capabilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, data scientists, and architects to build scalable, secure software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack Java.
• Hands-on with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, Spring Security.
• Experience integrating Generative AI and LLMs into enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP; containers with Docker/Kubernetes; CI/CD tooling.
• Strong SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and collaboration with data scientists and architects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Microservices.
• Build AI-enabled business apps by integrating Generative AI and LLMs into workflows.
• Develop intelligent assistants, chatbots, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Implement RAG-based solutions leveraging enterprise knowledge repositories and vector databases.
• Design RESTful APIs and maintain security, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with AI Architects and Data Scientists to deploy ML/GenAI models.
• Create prompts, AI workflows, and agent interactions; participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Analyze requirements, write clean code, conduct reviews, and mentor juniors.
• Integrate with cloud services, databases, APIs, and third-party platforms; support deployments.
