Job summary

Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC in California is seeking a seasoned Java Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise Java applications and APIs. The role focuses on monitoring health, troubleshooting incidents, and ensuring high availability with strong collaboration across Dev, Infra, DBA, Cloud, and Business teams.

Responsibilities include RCA, releases support, log/heap/thread analysis, and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
Hands-on with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL debugging.
Familiar with ITIL processes and incident/problem/change management.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications and APIs.
Monitor health and performance using observability tools; perform RCA for incidents.
Support deployments, releases, and environment management; post-release validation.
Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, DBA, Cloud, and Business teams to resolve incidents.
Participate in on-call rotations and drive automation to improve efficiency.
