Job summary

Supreme Maintenance Organization in Raleigh seeks a Senior Janitorial Operations Manager to lead service delivery for assigned accounts, ensuring quality, cost control, and customer satisfaction. The role oversees Account, Area, and Assistant Managers, directing staffing, training, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities include staffing coordination, training, evaluating performance, managing budgets, and maintaining safety and equipment standards while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Five years of janitorial management experience at a similar-sized account.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, schedule labor, manage labor costs and inspect quality.
• Excellent customer relations and strong organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read service specifications, maintain records and prepare basic reports.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and creating Excel reports.
• A valid driver's license is required when driving is part of the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HR to submit Open Position Requests and ensure vacancies are filled promptly.
• Direct and reallocate personnel to maintain coverage during staffing shortages and meet special requirements.
• Ensure new cleaning personnel receive training and ongoing evaluation to sustain high performance.
• Evaluate performance, document concerns, and recommend disciplinary action, promotion, or evaluations.
• Develop and maintain positive team member relations and support incentive programs.
• Maintain Daily Checklists and Operations Inspections to verify quality and retention.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and participate in Monthly Mission Critical Review Meetings.
