Position Summary
:
The Senior Account Manager manages service delivery for assigned account to achieve direct cost budgets, quality standards, customer and team member satisfaction, and retention goals. This position leads Account, Area, and Assistant Managers and oversees staffing, timekeeping, quality, training, labor and supply costs, equipment, projects, work orders, safety, customer relationships, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate with the Human Resources Manager to submit Open Position Requests and ensure vacancies are filled promptly.
2. Direct and reallocate personnel as needed to maintain coverage during staffing shortages and meet special requirements.
3. Ensure new cleaning personnel receive appropriate training and follow-up; maintain ongoing evaluation and training to sustain high performance and develop promotable employees.
4. Evaluate performance, document concerns, and recommend disciplinary action, termination, promotion, and performance evaluations.
5. Develop and maintain positive team member relations and support team member incentive programs.
Quality & Customer Service:
1. Ensure Daily Checklists and Operations Inspections are completed on schedule.
2. Inspect assigned account regularly to verify work meets company and customer quality standards and supports account retention.
3. Maintain regular customer contact, build effective relationships, and respond promptly to concerns.
4. Resolve routine complaints and day-to-day service issues, and ensure assigned work orders are completed and followed up.
Operations, Safety & Cost Control:
1. Ensure accurate timekeeping for assigned account and make daily corrections as required.
2. Review and control labor and supply costs to meet budgetary goals.
3. Develop and maintain planned project and work schedules, and communicate schedules to customers.
4. Manage and direct project work and additional services at assigned account.
5. Requisition and maintain accountability for equipment, supplies, and keys; ensure equipment is inventoried, tagged, and maintained according to schedule.
6. Maintain the Hazard Communication Program and fulfill other safety responsibilities at assigned account.
Reporting & Management:
1. Prepare monthly KPI reports and participate in Monthly Mission Critical Review Meetings.
2. Perform other duties as assigned by the District Manager or COO.
