Job summary

Judicial Council of California invites applications for a Senior Business Systems Analyst in the CAFM unit. The role partners with IT, business teams, and courts to analyze needs and document requirements for CAFM solutions. It supports production systems, reviews technical specs, and coordinates with vendors.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business/systems analysis and 5+ years leading projects, with IWMS experience preferred. Hybrid work is offered with SF or Sacramento offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business and/or systems analysis.
• 5+ years of lead experience in project management, development and deployment.
• 5+ years of experience supporting technical projects.
• Experience with Integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) such as IBM TRIRIGA or Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into CAFM system requirements.
• Lead CAFM lifecycle activities including upgrades and vendor deployments.
• Develop requirements documentation, RFPs, RFIs, and PCRs for procurements.
• Coordinate activities with IT, business partners, courts and vendors.
