Job summary

The Judicial Council of California’s Information Technology office is seeking a Senior Technology Analyst to understand evolving LAN/WAN technologies, support a managed services vendor contract, and design data center hosting and cloud architectures that meet business needs.

You will serve as a technical subject matter consultant to the courts, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and work under general supervision in a hybrid model with the San Francisco or Sacramento offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
5+ years maintaining complex infrastructure including servers, operating systems, networks, and security.
Experience with data centers, cloud hosting, and vendor management is desirable.

Responsibilities

Understand evolving LAN/WAN technologies and data center hosting solutions.
Support a managed services vendor contract and cloud hosted architectures to meet business requirements.
Design, engineer, configure, troubleshoot network infrastructure, and ensure compliance with laws and council policies.
Serve as a technical subject matter consultant to the courts and act as a point of escalation for technical matters.
Work under general direction and supervision on complex projects.
