Job summary

The Judicial Council of California is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for the Facilities & IWMS Technology unit. The role leads CAFM upgrades, interface deployments, and ongoing production support, acting as a bridge between business and IT to improve facilities management processes.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with in-person days in San Francisco or Sacramento, and a salary range of $7,941 to $11,912 per month plus a strong benefits package including PSLF eligibility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business or systems analysis.
• 5+ years of lead experience in project management.
• Experience with IWMS/CAFM systems.
• Knowledge of IT security policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management in support of CAFM upgrades, interface deployments, and production support.
• Provide IBM support for the CAFM system.
• Lead deployment of new functionality by coordinating with vendors and setting timelines.
• Ensure CAFM compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Prepare, update and analyze CAFM program, contract and budget documents.
• Lead and/or participate in project meetings with business units and vendors.
• Assist users in developing project requests and business analysis for reviews and CAFM implementations.
