Job summary

Brinker International is seeking a Senior Analyst, ITSM in Coppell, TX, to act as a technical contributor for ServiceNow CMDB and configuration management. You will enhance CMDB health, governance, and data maturity, supporting CSDM adoption and enterprise ITSM processes.

Responsibilities include resolving data quality issues, maintaining CI relationships, and collaborating with infrastructure and application teams to improve configuration data across Incident, Problem, Change, and asset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience with CMDB and Configuration Management in an enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience with CSDM and ServiceNow Discovery; Service Mapping preferred.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM background covering Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Configuration Management.
• Hands-on CMDB governance, data quality, CI relationships, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Leads CMDB health, governance, and maturity; ensures CIs and relationships are accurate and aligned with CSDM.
• Analyzes and resolves CMDB data quality issues including duplicates and stale CIs.
• Supports ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Servers, and integrations for CMDB data.
• Develops CMDB standards, CI lifecycle processes, and governance in partnership with technical teams.
• Collaborates with ITSM, Infrastructure, App, Asset, and Service Desk teams to support Incident, Problem, Change, and reporting.
