Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX, is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst for a contract role to support CMDB, ITSM, Change Management, Incident, and Knowledge Management within ServiceNow. The candidate will configure, test, and document platform changes under guidance.

Responsibilities include translating requirements into practical configurations, assisting with workflows, dashboards, and reports, and collaborating with senior admins to improve visibility and automation of processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in CMDB and Data Quality.
• 2 years of experience in Change Management Administration.

Responsibilities

• Supports configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow core modules including ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, Incident, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Assists with forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, user roles and module settings under guidance.
• Helps translate business requirements into practical ServiceNow configurations supporting standardized incident, request, problem, and service management processes.
• Performs basic analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of platform changes.
• Maintains the CMDB including configuration items, relationships, attributes, data validation, and data quality activities.
• Supports improvement of CMDB accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
