Job summary
New-Indy Containerboard is seeking an ITOT Infrastructure Architect to design, engineer, and drive the day-to-day evolution of enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, network, and cloud platforms. This role blends hands-on engineering with architectural oversight to scale, secure, and align solutions with NICB's manufacturing operations across North America.
The candidate will lead the NICB IT Infrastructure team, mentor engineers, and coordinate with vendors to deliver reliable
Qualifications
- 15+ years’ direct experience designing and managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Experience leading SME for major infrastructure projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, and storage solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, engineering, and evolution of enterprise ITOT infrastructure.
- Mentor NICB IT Infrastructure team across multi-site operations.
- Coordinate projects with vendors and ensure 24/7/365 availability.
- Ensure security, backups, and disaster recovery across environments.
