Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard (NICB) seeks an ITOT Sr. System Engineer to optimize, secure, and sustain enterprise IT server infrastructure across North America.

You will handle on‑premises and cloud environments, virtualization, storage, backups, and Office365/AD administration, while collaborating with IT & OT teams to drive reliability and performance. The role requires deep IT infrastructure expertise, strong problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 manufacturing setting, including

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct and advanced experience in administering enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience in 24x7 manufacturing environments and supporting enterprise-level server and storage ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, Windows Server, O365, AD, and cloud/on-prem integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain server infrastructure (on-prem and cloud).
• Manage integration of cloud solutions with on-premises infrastructure for performance, scalability and security.
• Lead technical governance across multi-site 24/7 environments in North America.
• Create and maintain infrastructure documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Coordinate patching, backup, and security controls with Enterprise Security.
