Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard LLC (NICB) is seeking an ITOT Infrastructure Architect to lead the design, engineering and day-to-day evolution of enterprise infrastructure across compute, storage, network and cloud.

The role blends hands-on engineering with architectural oversight to ensure scalable, secure and resilient solutions. You will guide NICB's IT/OT teams across North America’s facilities 24/7/365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in IT or related field or commensurate experience.
• Extensive 15+ years experience in designing and managing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience with 24x7 manufacturing environments and enterprise IT/OT integration.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud.
• Familiarity with ITIL change management and security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain organization-wide ITOT infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure projects and mentor NICB IT Infrastructure team.
• Coordinate cloud and on-premises solutions for reliability and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and deployments for core infrastructure.
• Oversee patches, configurations, and group policies including AD and Office 365.
• Ensure disaster recovery readiness and security compliance.
