Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Supplier Management within the DePuy Synthes Supplier Quality group. The role drives continuous improvement, governance, and end‑to‑end supplier lifecycle leadership across a global supply base.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, shape the operating model, and coordinate governance across supplier stages from due diligence to exit. Strong influence and data‑driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, or Process Excellence in regulated industries.
• Minimum of 5 years leading cross-functional programs, governance, or supplier lifecycle processes.
• Experience leading through influence in global, matrix organizations without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transformation strategy, roadmap, and multi-year deployment plan.
• Lead high-impact transformation programs aligned with patient safety, quality, and supply reliability.
• Build business cases defining problem, current/target state, costs, benefits and measures.
• Establish intake and prioritization for improvement opportunities based on risk, value, and feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept to transition to business ownership.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, change-management, and problem-solving methods to improve processes and reduce variation.
• Harmonize Supplier Quality processes, tools, and governance across units and regions.
• Partner with Digital, Data, Analytics, and Quality Systems to deploy automation and decision-support capabilities.
• Establish control plans and post-implementation reviews to ensure lasting improvements.
• Promote continuous improvement culture and accountability across Supplier Quality.
