Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and occasional onsite visits.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/servers, Office, networking, firewalls, Linux.
• Support client systems and servers remotely, by phone/email, or onsite per distribution.
• Maintain backups and manage AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Recommend improvements to meet industry best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
