OAC Technology, LLC. is seeking a Managed Services & AI Technician in Minnesota near New Hope. This hybrid role supports clients' computers, servers and networks via remote tools, phone, and occasional on-site visits, plus implements AI to streamline operations.

You will deploy and support AI tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and open-source models, automate repetitive tasks, and help protect data privacy while delivering practical results for small and mid-sized businesses.

Qualifications

• IT support experience with MSP or IT consulting background.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote, phone and occasional on-site support to clients.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops/servers, M365, networking, firewalls.
• Maintain backups and monitor client systems.
• Identify repetitive tasks and automate with scripts and AI tools.
• Deploy AI tooling (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for clients and privacy needs.
• Build AI assistants and automations to connect data and schedule tasks.
• Improve internal ticketing, docs, and routine maintenance with AI.
• Evaluate new AI tools and advise on fit and cost.
• Educate clients on AI data privacy and security.
• Document solutions and train clients and coworkers.
