Sierra Nevada Corporation in Lone Tree, CO seeks a Sr. IT Manager to lead Transformation & Resiliency within the Enterprise Technology Platforms organization. You will drive automation, DevOps enablement, AIOps, and SRE to modernize operations and improve fault tolerance.

You will mentor engineers, define roadmaps, collaborate with Cybersecurity and product teams, and implement governance and SDLC standards to deliver reliable, scalable platforms at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading large IT infrastructure and software development teams.
• Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and hybrid cloud services.

Responsabilités

• Lead automation for enterprise operational platforms.
• Develop and mature AIOps and automated remediation.
• Establish IaC standards, CI/CD pipelines & config automation.
• Define SRE strategy, metrics, logging and observability.
• Collaborate across Enterprise Technology Platforms and Cybersecurity.
