You will drive secure engineering practices, CI/CD, and high-quality delivery while guiding a team of engineers and architects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field; advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience with large-scale software development and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and Spiral methodologies.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary design teams; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement secure operating systems and networks.
• Manage and tune IT security systems and applications.
• Audit and manage system and network access.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security integration.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure planning and maintenance for cybersecurity/AI platforms.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices and security.
• Lead onboarding, training, mentorship, and career development for teams.
• Mentor and manage engineers and solution architects; drive high performance.
• Conduct performance evaluations and resolve conflicts.
