Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps or related role.
• Expert proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting and automation in Python or Bash.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with IaC: Terraform, Ansible.
• CI/CD pipelines in AWS, Azure, GitHub.
• SRE-style incident response and on-call leadership.
• Observability with Prometheus/Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of systems.
• Lead automation and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Collaborate with leadership to align DevOps with business goals.
• Mentor DevOps team and enforce security/compliance policies.
• Drive continuous improvement and industry best practices.
• Design, deploy, operate Kubernetes clusters across envs.
