Sierra Space Corporation in Louisville, CO is seeking a Sr IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. You will lead projects, mentor junior admins, write proposals and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance mission-critical systems.

Expect to drive automation, optimize performance, and stay current with evolving tech in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of related experience.
Advanced knowledge of systems administration and 3+ years of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure.
Experience with advanced security technologies and IT project management.
Ability to lead and mentor junior system administrators and write proposals.
Strong networking concepts and ability to automate processes.
