Job summary

Sikich LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide Salesforce solution design and integration across large projects. You will lead development teams, shape architecture, and mentor engineers in a client-facing role.

A strong background in enterprise Salesforce implementations and high-availability systems is required. You will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet objectives, with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions and strategic technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as Technical Lead/Architect for integrated IT solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 FTEs.
• Bachelor's degree required, or 4 years of qualifying Salesforce dev experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong leadership, solution architecture, and system integration experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across the project lifecycle.
• Develop integration strategies aligning Salesforce with enterprise systems.
• Lead teams and mentor developers and engineers.
• Design scalable, highly available solutions for large user bases and data volumes.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for successful delivery.
• Oversee solution quality, architecture, and best practices.
