Sikich is seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Salesforce Implementation Team. In this client-facing role you will configure and develop Salesforce solutions, collaborating with customers to deliver state-of-the-art systems.

You will work in an agile environment, lead technical discussions, design scalable architectures, and implement Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Flows, and Lightning Web Components. Strong communication and certification requirements apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in professional software development.
• 3+ years hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years in a Senior/Lead role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Familiar with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create technical documentation and designs.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership.
• Security model mastery (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing).

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce clouds within an agile team.
• Lead technical discussions with business and dev teams.
• Configure systems per client requirements.
