Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead for a remote US role. The position bridges architecture and hands-on development, delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and leading development teams to ensure best practices across all delivery phases.

You will translate designs into technical implementations, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects and analysts to align deliverables with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Hands-on development with Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile delivery environments.
• Certifications: Platform Developer I/II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical execution of Salesforce projects across build, test, and deployment phases.
• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and development tasks.
• Oversee development activities and ensure alignment to solution architecture and business requirements.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex issues.
• Define and implement data models, integrations, and automation patterns.
• Lead and contribute to development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow.
• Review code and enforce standards, best practices, and CI/CD processes.
• Drive integration implementation across APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Ensure quality through unit testing, integration testing, and release readiness.
• Mentor developers and provide ongoing technical leadership and coaching.
