Job summary
Ayres is seeking a Senior Computer Technician to provide in‑person technology support for the Tampa and Melbourne, Florida offices and to serve as a senior escalation resource for the Helpdesk team. You will lead troubleshooting, document resolutions, and guide technicians while applying AI to improve productivity.
The role requires experience in Level 3 incidents, MDM/MAM, and advanced Microsoft 365 skills, with occasional travel to remote offices as needed.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of progressive IT support experience including Level 3 incidents.
- Experience with MDM/MAM platforms and policies.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
- Experience with Intune and MS Defender.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware systems and software.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with on‑premises and remote devices.
- Provide technical support and guidance following IT policies.
- Lead or contribute to advanced technology projects and knowledge base updates.
- Act as senior escalation resource and coach Helpdesk technicians.
