Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years equivalent work experience in IT.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming requests via telephone, web portal, or email.
• Provisioning and system setup for new hires.
• Use remote tools and perform hands-on fixes when necessary.
• Manage and monitor client backup solutions.
• Ensure company safety and security standards are met.
