Job summary

TeamLogic IT Lincoln seeks an experienced Level III Engineer/Technician to ensure system operation and end-user satisfaction. You will respond to support requests, assist with pre-/post-sales activities, and work closely with the sales team on technical assessments and deployments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking skills, with hands-on experience across Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365 environments. Local IT operations and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 10/11 and Server variants; Mac OS; Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra, Azure and Intune.
• Network+ Certifications, CCNA/CCEA/CCIA (optional).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with pre- and post-sales support, site surveys, and technical assessments.
• Manage and maintain Windows/Mac endpoints and server infrastructure, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print services.
