Job summary

TeamLogic IT Lincoln seeks an experienced Level III Engineer/Technician to ensure system operation and end-user satisfaction. You will respond to support requests, assist with pre-/post-sales activities, and work closely with the sales team on technical assessments and deployments.

The role requires strong problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking skills, with hands-on experience across Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365 environments. Local IT operations and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Experience with desktop and server operating systems including Windows 10/11 and Server variants; Mac OS; Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Entra, Azure and Intune.
Network+ Certifications, CCNA/CCEA/CCIA (optional).

Responsibilities

Provide first-line IT support to end users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Assist with pre- and post-sales support, site surveys, and technical assessments.
Manage and maintain Windows/Mac endpoints and server infrastructure, including AD, DNS, DHCP, and File/Print services.
