Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Level 2 Computer Technician in Fort Wayne, IN to support end-user technology across multiple sites. You’ll install, configure, maintain, and optimize hardware and software, resolve complex incidents, and deliver strong customer service.

Responsibilities include ticketing in ServiceNow, imaging and deployments, AD/Entra ID management, and supporting executives and remote workers. An on-call rotation is expected, with occasional after-hours work and some physical setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree or 2+ years in IT support.
• Must have CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and Mac troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing.
• Experience with Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 and 2 IT tickets in ServiceNow.
• Provide backup support and knowledge transfer to colleagues.
• Assist other technicians in diagnosing user issues.
• Coordinate issues to improve customer satisfaction.
• Perform imaging and hardware deployments per standards.
• Onboard executives and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain asset records in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to refine workflows.
• Represent the team in meetings when needed.
• Assist with end-user training and onboarding.
