Job summary

Neumo is seeking a Level 2 Computer Technician in Fort Wayne, IN to maintain and optimize computer hardware, software, and networking for multiple sites. The role emphasizes strong customer service, professional communication, and reliable incident resolution.

You will handle escalations, deployments, onboarding of executives, and asset tracking while collaborating with IT leadership and security to improve processes and reduce incidents. A proactive, user-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in Computer Technology or a related field, or 2+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Basic certification such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ required; advanced certifications are a bonus.
• Experience with imaging, installing, and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 and Mac.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
• Experience using logs and Event Viewer to troubleshoot issues.
• Experience deploying network printers.
• Experience with Windows Server (2016–2022) is a plus.
• Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune, JumpCloud, or similar MDM/RMM.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets in ServiceNow for users across Neumo units.
• Provide backup support for the Shared Services team and learn their tools and workflows.
• Assist other technicians in diagnosing and training.
• Coordinate issues to ensure timely knowledge sharing and customer satisfaction.
• Perform computer deployments and imaging per Neumo standards, including new hire setups.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing support for executives and senior leadership.
• Track deployments and asset records in ServiceNow throughout device lifecycle.
• Manage Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID users and groups.
