Job summary

Neumo is seeking an on-site Hardware Integration Specialist in Fort Wayne, IN to assemble, configure, troubleshoot, and repair self-service hardware and related devices. The role combines mechanical assembly, basic IT networking, and inventory support, with travel up to 25% to customer sites.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 0–2 years of hands-on technical experience, and a valid Driver's license with a clean MVR; CompTIA A+ or similar training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of hands-on technical, mechanical, or electronics experience is preferred.
• Technical or vocational training in electronics, IT, or a mechanical trade is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR and ability to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, troubleshoot, and repair hardware including printers, readers, scanners, and touchscreens.
• Install and configure internal components such as power supplies, sensors, and I/O boards.
• Configure Windows OS, install drivers, and resolve resource conflicts using Device Manager.
• Set up connectivity including IP addresses and subnet masks; test with ping and ipconfig.
• Diagnose and replace faulty sub‑assemblies on returned equipment to restore functionality.
• Handle OTC Salesforce tickets, configure printers for shipment to the warehouse.
• Order parts via IMS and track inventory; assist with quarterly counts.
• Travel up to 25% to deliver, install, or recover equipment at customer sites.
