Job summary

The Superior Court of California, County of San Mateo, located in Redwood City, seeks a Court Information Technology Manager – Infrastructure to lead mission-critical, public-sector enterprise technology initiatives. Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive, hands‑on experience in enterprise systems engineering, network administration, or IT infrastructure operations.
• At least two (2) years in supervisory, team lead, principal systems engineer, or infrastructure project lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure migrations including server hardware lifecycles, storage fabric, and virtualization platform transitions.
• Design, configure, and optimize hypervisor environments and cross‑platform migrations.
• Serve as Tier‑3 escalation authority for outages and security incidents; implement DR and backup testing.
• Develop SOPs, runbooks, topology diagrams, and disaster recovery plans; manage budgets and vendor deliverables.
