Job summary

3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end IT recruitment across the US/Canada region. The role focuses on New Age Technologies, Product, and Engineering hiring and requires proactive stakeholder engagement in a remote-first, global team.

You will source exceptional candidates, ensure a superior candidate experience, and contribute to strategic TA projects while partnering with hiring managers to define requirements and processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in US/Canada IT Recruitment with ability to recruit, screen and hire top engineering talent.
• Proficient on job boards and modern sourcing techniques (AI, social recruiting, video screens, Boolean search).
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms; Darwin Box is a plus.
• Detail oriented, target driven, and able to manage multiple vendors and priorities.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder relationship building.
• Cross regional hiring experience (India, LATAM or EU locations) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle IT recruitment in the US with sourcing to offer closure across technical and corporate roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions ensuring timely, high-quality hiring delivery.
• Screen, conduct behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate fit based on skills and values.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for US/Canada market needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements, processes, and criteria.
• Provide market insights on talent availability and salary benchmarks.
• Ensure compliant, inclusive candidate experiences and maintain ATS records.
